RING's Open Hours

Though we might want everyone to have access to RING at all times, due to realities of urban life, RING cannot be left open without someone minding the store.

Nonetheless, the RING Board has been trying hard to extend opportunities for neighborhood residents to come to RING. Here are some:

• Become a RING Member. You can get a key to the garden and come and go when you want

• Come during our regularly scheduled open hours (see below)

• Garden Sit. Pick a time when you will commit to a garden sitting schedule, as part of a team

Open Hours are currently:

• Saturdays, 10am to Noon (gardening supervision and instruction provided)

• a few evenings a week, 6:30pm to dusk (gardening supervision provided)

Garden Sitting Teams are now forming for other times.

To be on a team you coordinate to cover the time slot with a few other neighbors. Teams are forming for:

• Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 6:30 pm to dusk

• Saturday afternoons, Noon to 6 (in 2 hour increments)

• Saturdays 6:30pm to dusk
