It's My Park Day 11-3; Membership Meeting and Potluck 4pm

All members are invited to plant some annuals, install some lawn edging, attend the meeting, discuss plans for RING and enjoy a potluck dinner together in the garden.

June 7

Hike: 10:45

Hike the Heights 4: Happy Birthday High Bridge

An artist from the neighborhood's Kids Art Network (KAN) will lead an activity at RING, with tee-shirts, water, and a snack for all hikers. Hike to Highbridge Park.

Arts in the Garden

Hosted and curated by Liz Popiel, RINGS annual art in the garden is a popular event. Local artists and musicians are welcome to participate. And, volunteers to help before, during, and after the event are needed..

Make Music NY

Last year RING participated in Make Music NY for the first time. Now it is an annual event for us. If you're a local musician and would like to make music at the event, email the program coordinator, Arthur Sherry.

Butterfly Fest

This is a favorite family event at RING. we have butterfly bushes to attract the butterflies as well as people to our garden. We also have a childrens' crafts event at the same time.

Computer Drop-Off

RING will be hosting this new ecology and recycling event, so gather your used electronics and bring them down!

Fall Flea Market

Vendors sell all sorts of items from tables set up outside the garden. Inside the garden, we'll dig up extra plants and sell them. Come to the garden to help dig, browse the flea market tables, and buy a plant to take home.

Holiday Tree Trimming

To prepare for the lighting ceremony, help decorate the evergreen in the garden.

4:30pm

Holiday Tree and Menorah Lighting

Light the tree and menorah, sing carols, sip hot cocoa. The garden is beautiful in the winter evening with neighbors and friends.
